    MOON OVER MANHATTAN

    2 1/2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    3/4 oz Averna
    1/2 oz agave nectar
    3 dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

    Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

    BOULEVARDIER

    1 1/2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1 oz Campari
    1 oz sweet vermouth

    Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon.

    B&E MANHATTAN

    2 1/2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1 oz sweet vermouth
    2 dashes Jerry Thomas' Decanter Bitters
    1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

    Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

    1 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1/2 oz Snap Ginger Liqueur
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz honey
    flamed lemon peel

    Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.

    3/4 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    3/4 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato
    3/4 oz Pur Blood Orange Liqueur
    10 drops Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

    Express a lemon peel into a chilled coupe. In a mixing glass, stir bourbon, chinato, and liqueur with ice, then strain into the coupe. Top with bitters.
