    B & Sweet Tea

    1 3/4 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1/2 oz St. George California Agricole Rum
    1/4 oz NOLA Coffee Liqueur
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    1/2 oz club soda

    Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice and then pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Add club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel.

    Coffee and Cigarettes

    1 1/2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1/2 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
    1/4 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
    1/4 oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat
    heavily peated Scotch, for rinse

    Stir bourbon, coffee liqueur, vermouth, and orgeat with ice, then stain into a Scotch-rinsed rocks glass over a large ice cube.

    2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1/4 oz simple syrup
    3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
    1 dash Angostura bitters
    mist of St. George Absinthe Verte

    Use an atomizer to season the inside of a rocks glass with absinthe, then add a large ice cube. Stir bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters with ice and then strain into the rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

    2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    1/2 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
    2 dashes orange bitters

    We love using our bourbon and coffee liqueur in this modern classic from Jon Santer. Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Flame an orange disc on top of the drink, then drop in the disc (the "smoking gun") for garnish.

    Spiced Bourbon Buck Rogers

    1.5 oz B&E Bourbon
    1 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
    3/4 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz molasses syrup
    ginger beer

    Shake bourbon, pear liqueur, lime juice, and molasses syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with ginger beer and grated nutmeg.

    2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    3/4 oz maple syrup
    3/4 oz lemon juice
    1/2 oz egg white

    Shake all ingredients thoroughly without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

    1/2 oz honey
    flamed lemon peel

    Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.

    3/4 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    3/4 oz Cocchi Barolo Chinato
    3/4 oz Pur Blood Orange Liqueur
    10 drops Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

    Express a lemon peel into a chilled coupe. In a mixing glass, stir bourbon, chinato, and liqueur with ice, then strain into the coupe. Top with bitters.
