3 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie
3/4 oz ginger simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

HOMEGROWN

1 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau De Vie
1 oz Hangar One Straight Vodka
1/2 cup fresh watermelon
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz fresh lime juice

Muddle watermelon with lime juice and simple syrup. Add eau de vie, vodka, and ice, then shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

BASIL SAZERAC

2 oz St. George Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau de Vie
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
fresh basil
St. George Absinthe Verte Rinse

Muddle simple syrup with a basil leaf. Add whiskey, basil eau de vie, and bitters, then shake and strain into an absinthe-rinsed cocktail glass.

THE NAUGHTY SUNDRESS

1 3/4 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin

3/4 oz La Gitana Manzanilla Sherry

1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

1/4 oz St. George Basil Eau De Vie

2 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink and discard the peel.
