Raspberry Liqueur

    The Palazzo

    1 oz Beefeater Gin
    1 oz Campari
    1/2 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    1/2 oz Booker's Bourbon

    Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

    1 1/2 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
    1/2 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/4 oz simple syrup
    1 egg white

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with ice, shake for ~30 seconds. Strain into fresh shaker, discard ice, and shake vigorously again for 15–20 seconds to build up a nice froth. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish rim with orange zest.

    MASTER & SERVANT

    1 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    1 oz Campari
    1 oz cara cara orange juice
    1/2 oz Meyer lemon juice
    1/2 oz honey syrup
    6 mint sprigs
    2 oz soda water

    Shake raspberry liqueur, Campari, both juices, and honey syrup with ice until well chilled, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, then garnish with mint and an orange twist.

    The “Oochie Wally”

    1 1/2 oz mezcal
    3/4 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    3/4 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1/2 oz pineapple juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup

    Shake all ingredients well with ice, serve in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda.

    Raspberry Bramble

    2 oz St. George Terroir Gin
    1/2 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    1 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup

    We love our woodsy Terroir Gin and luscious raspberry liqueur in a Bramble. Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle raspberry liqueur over the top and garnish with lemon.

    1 1/2 oz vodka
    3/4 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
    1/2 oz orange liqueur
    1/2 oz fresh lime juice
    1/4 oz simple syrup

    Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, then strain and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime twist.

    club soda
