    1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    1 bar spoon of cane syrup
    lime rind

    Massage the lime into the cane syrup, add rum and one large ice cube. Stir and serve.

    HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI

    2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    3/4 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
    1/2 oz maraschino liqueur

    Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

    THE VAQUERO

    1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    1 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 oz maple syrup
    1/4 oz sarsaparilla infusion
    1/4 fresh peach
    1 tsp cracked coffee beans

    Muddle peach, then add rum, lemon juice, maple syrup, sarsaparilla infusion, and coffee beans. Add ice and shake. Strain into double old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, then stir gently. Garnish with thin slice of peach.

    CASTLE HARBOR SPECIAL

    1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    3/4 oz lime juice
    1/2 oz pineapple gum
    1/4 oz grenadine
    lime wedge

    Shake first four ingredients for 20 seconds, then double strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

    LOVER, SAILOR, AND SAINT

    2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz Demerara syrup
    2 slices red Serrano pepper
    1 piece red cactus pear

    Muddle cactus pear and peppers, then add other ingredients. Shake contents and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Stir with a long metal spoon straw and garnish with a lime wheel and Serrano pepper ring.

    1 1/2 oz Agua Libre Rum
    1/2 oz Leopold Bros. Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

    Stir and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lemon twist and Luxardo Maraschino cherry.

    1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    1/2 oz Demerera simple syrup
    1/2 oz Qi White Liqueur
    1/2 oz orgeat syrup
    1 oz lime juice

    Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over ice.

  • Agricole Presidente

    AGRICOLE PRESIDENTE

    2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
    1/2 oz vermouth blanc
    2 dashes orange bitters
    1 bar spoon curacao
    1 bar spoon grenadine

    Stir all ingredients well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a broad lemon twist.
