2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur

THE VAQUERO
1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz maple syrup
1/4 oz sarsaparilla infusion
1/4 fresh peach
1 tsp cracked coffee beans
Muddle peach, then add rum, lemon juice, maple syrup, sarsaparilla infusion, and coffee beans. Add ice and shake. Strain into double old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, then stir gently. Garnish with thin slice of peach.Recipe: Christiaan Rollich, Lucques, Los Angeles

CASTLE HARBOR SPECIAL
1 1/2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz pineapple gum
1/4 oz grenadine
lime wedge

LOVER, SAILOR, AND SAINT
2 oz Agua Libre California Agricole Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Demerara syrup
2 slices red Serrano pepper
1 piece red cactus pear
Muddle cactus pear and peppers, then add other ingredients. Shake contents and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Stir with a long metal spoon straw and garnish with a lime wheel and Serrano pepper ring.Recipe: Karen Grill, Playa, Los Angeles
