GREEN CHILE MULE
2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
3 oz ginger beer
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Shake vodka and lime with ice, then strain into a copper mug over crushed ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime, then kick back!Recipe: St. George Spirits

Green Chile Bloody Mary
2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
2 oz tomato juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp horseradish
2 or 3 dashes each hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch each salt, pepper, celery salt
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish as you like.Recipe: variation on a classic

GREEN CHILE GIMLET
1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.Recipe: updated classic

SERGEANT PEPPER
1 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
1 oz Becherovka
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz Oolong tea syrup
1/4 oz condensed milk
Steep one Oolong tea bag in 4oz of hot water. Stir in 4oz sugar until completely dissolved, then refrigerate to cool. (Makes enough syrup for five cocktails.) Once chilled, mix 3/4 oz tea syrup with all other ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to chill, then strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime wedge.

LOVELY BUNCH OF COCONUTS
1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
1 oz coconut milk
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 cucumber slices
cucumber and pineapple for ice cubes
Ahead of time, freeze cucumber and pineapple into ice cubes. When ice is ready, muddle three slices cucumber in a shaker, then add all other ingredients. Dry shake thoroughly (no ice) until frothy, then pour over cucumber and pineapple ice cube.

GREEN THUMB
1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz agave nectar
2 thin cucumber slices
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds. (If you cut the cucumber nice and thin, there's no need to muddle it.) Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish it with a mint sprig and cucumber slices.

The Trinity no. 3
1 1/2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
1/2 oz Kümmel
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz Manzanilla sherry
3 dashes celery bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pickled cocktail onion.

2 oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 cucumber slices
pinch of mint

1 tsp sugar
