    We are located in Alameda, California. Alameda is an island just off the coast of Oakland and across the Bay from San Francisco.

    Need some assistance getting to the distillery? Here’s how to find us:

     

    1) IF BY LAND

    By car

    Parking: We offer free parking in our ample lot. Please note: Our lot is locked overnight (gates close at 7:30pm Wednesday–Saturday, at 5:30pm Sunday–Tuesday). If you plan to visit one of our neighbors (e.g., Faction Brewery or Rock Wall Wines) after your distillery visit, please move your car first to avoid having it locked in our parking lot overnight!

    Directions from San Francisco: Cross the Bay Bridge and stay in the right lanes for 880-S to San Jose and Alameda. Take Exit 42 for Broadway/Alameda, then turn right at the signal onto 5th Street. Stay in the right lane, following signs to Alameda, then continue straight ahead on 5th Street in one of the two left lanes until you reach Broadway. Angle left into the Webster Street Tube and drive through the tunnel to Alameda. Follow Alameda directions below.

    Directions from Berkeley and points north: Take 80-W to the MacArthur maze, following signs for 880-S to San Jose and Alameda. Take Exit 42 for Broadway/Alameda, then turn right at the signal onto 5th Street. Stay in the right lane, following signs to Alameda, then continue straight ahead on 5th Street in one of the two left lanes until you reach Broadway. Angle left into the Webster Street Tube and drive through the tunnel to Alameda. Follow Alameda directions below.

    Directions from Walnut Creek and points east: Take 24-W towards Oakland and continue on 980-W. Take Exit 1C for 12th Street, which will put you on Brush Street. Continue straight ahead on Brush Street until you reach 5th Street. Turn left onto 5th Street, then stay in one of the two left lanes until you reach Broadway. Angle left into the Webster Street Tube and drive through the tunnel to Alameda. Follow Alameda directions below.

    Directions from San Jose and points south: Take 880-N to Exit 41B toward Broadway/Downtown Oakland. Turn right onto Broadway, then right again immediately at the first light onto 7th Street. Stay on 7th Street for two blocks, then turn right onto Webster Street. Continue into the Webster Street Tube and drive through the tunnel to Alameda. Follow Alameda directions below.

    Once you’ve reached Alameda: As you exit the Webster Street Tube, stay right and follow signs for Willie Stargell Avenue. Bear right onto Stargell and continue until you reach Main Street. Turn right onto Main and continue past the ferry terminal, dog park, and cranes. Just before Main Street ends, bear left onto Navy Way and pass through the gate to the Naval Air Station. Take the first right turn onto West Red Line Avenue. Continue on Red Line until you reach the stop sign at Monarch Street. Turn left onto Monarch Street. The distillery is the second hangar on your right. Follow signs to the entrance on the west (San Francisco) side of the distillery. You have arrived!

    By bus

    AC Transit Bus #31 will drop you off in Alameda about 3/4 mile from the distillery. You can catch the 31 from various locations in the East Bay (including the West Oakland BART, MacArthur BART, and 12th Street BART) and take it all the way to the end of the line at Alameda Point.

    Once you disembark at the Alameda City Hall West stop (at Saratoga Street and West Ranger Avenue), it’s an easy walk to the distillery.

     

    2) IF BY SEA

    The San Francisco Bay Ferry is a brilliant way to reach the distillery. You’ll enjoy a unique perspective on the Bay, get to feel the wind in your hair, and have a great excuse to swear like a sailor!

    Ferries from the San Francisco Ferry Building and Pier 41 dock at the Alameda Main Street terminal, about a mile from the distillery. Check out current ferry schedules and plan your trip here.
