Our products include hand-crafted Single Malt Whiskey, pot-distilled American Vodka, and a complete line of traditional Eaux de Vie crafted from local fruit sources.

tasting room announcement!

It’s official! Our brand new tasting room, and the adjacent Caddell & Williams store, are now open Wednesday through Saturday, from noon to 7pm, and Sunday noon to 6pm.

Tastes of all of our products will be available with the purchase of a $10.00 tasting glass. Hangar One Vodkas, St. George Single Malt, Aqua Perfecta eaux-de-vie and liqueurs will all be available for sale in the retail shop.
