Over the years, we’ve had a chance to experiment with a lot of wonderful fruit. Occasionally, we’ve run into the frustrating experience of finding an extraordinary and expressive variety of fruit that for one reason or another refuses to be captured via fermentation.
Flavored vodka was the only way around some of these beautiful but pesky
varietals. The aromatics of these select fruits are released into the vodka
through infusion, polished and locked in through careful distillation.
