As of January 2014, California law has limited distillery tasting rooms to pouring a maximum of six 1/4-oz samples per guest per day. In order to comply with state law, we change up our tasting menu every week—giving guests the opportunity to learn about and sample a variety of spirits during each visit, while still having something new to look forward to on subsequent visits to our tasting room.
Our current tasting menu (Wednesday, July 23–Sunday, July 27) is:
-St. George Pear Brandy
-St. George Terroir Gin
-St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
-St. George California Agricole Rum
-St. George Absinthe Verte
Your wildcard selection allows you to choose a taste of one of the many other spirits we make. St. George Single Malt Whiskey and Breaking & Entering Bourbon are not currently available as wildcard selections.
Please note: As of April 28, 2014, we are no longer producing Hangar One Vodka or pouring it in our tasting room.
