Your wildcard selection allows you to choose a taste of one of the many other spirits we make. St. George Single Malt Whiskey, St. George Dry Rye Reposado Gin, St. George California Reserve Agricole Rum, St. George California Reserve Apple Brandy, and Breaking & Entering Bourbon are not currently available as wildcard selections.
Please also note that as of April 2014, we are no longer producing Hangar One Vodka or pouring it in our tasting room.
Also note: As of January 2014, California law limits distillery tasting rooms to pouring a maximum of six 1/4-oz samples per guest per day. In order to comply with state law, we change up our tasting menu every week—giving guests the opportunity to learn about and sample a variety of spirits during each visit, while still having something new to look forward to on subsequent visits to our tasting room.
