Tours & Tastings
We love visitors—but because the bar space in our tasting room often fills to capacity, we ask that individuals and groups of all sizes make a reservation before coming to the distillery. We will always do our best to accommodate parties without reservations on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows, but strongly advise booking ahead to avoid a long wait or possible disappointment if we can’t make room.
Our guided tastings ($15) are designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. Each tasting includes a selection of six of our spirits—all made onsite! Our current tasting menu is here.
Tastings are offered on the half-hour starting at noon. On Wednesdays–Saturdays, the last tasting of the day is at 6pm. On Sundays, the last tasting of the day is at 4pm.

Distillery tours ($20) are an extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation and artisanal spirits. The whole experience will give you the chance to see where our spirits are made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.
Tours provide an overview of our production area, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will provide an overview of the distillery’s history, introduce you to our family of spirits, and explain our production process and equipment.
